This major is the academic home for students who are exploring majors that are housed within the College of Engineering.

This major is also the temporary home for students who are interested in the offerings of the College of Engineering (COE). The COE offers 10 different degree program housed within 7 different departments.

Undeclared Engineering majors will take common classes that count towards multiple programs while they decide which engineering program they would like to pursue. Introduction to engineering courses are also available to help students make this decision. Students work with their advisor and use resources to explore interests, values, and strengths in the first year. Students must declare and be admitted to an engineering degree program before completing 60 credit hours.
