Overview:
The curriculum leading to the BS with a major in Hotel and Restaurant Management educates students for management careers in the hospitality field. Hotel and Restaurant Managers operate ventures in the hospitality industry. Not only do they possess strong marketing, finance, and communication skills, hotel and restaurant managers are responsible citizens and successful, ethical hospitality leaders in today's global community.

Academic Information

Admission Requirements:
Students may enter the degree program at any time, but a 2.0 overall GPA and a C- or better in courses required for the major are needed to complete degree requirements.

Minimum GPA for Admission: 2.0
