Department contact:

Degrees:
Bachelor of Arts in Psychology
Minor in Psychology

Overview:
Understanding that undergraduate students use the psychology major as preparation for a variety of postbaccalaureate experiences, the department is dedicated to offering a wide range of courses and services to students. While some students are interested in pursuing psychology-related interests in graduate school, most are interested in pursuing various careers after graduating with a Bachelor's degree.

Regardless of a student's ultimate goal, faculty members believe that students will be best served by completing a rigorous research oriented program of study. Therefore, students should expect instructors to take a scientific approach to the psychological content of each course.
